Support Analyst
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

• Strong in Network Voice Suport.
• Strong knowledge in Network IP Switching Software and Application
• Strong in VOIP Protocols, Network Protocols
• Good experience in Network Deployment
• Strong knowledge in Network Architect and concept
• Good knowledge in Telecommunication.
• Good experience liaising with users and customers
• Experience handling Network Equipment, Installation and Configuration
• Min. 3-5 years of Network Telecommunication experience
• Min. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Possess Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean, Filipino, Indian, Indonesian, Bangladesh citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
