TITLE: SENIOR SUPPORT ENGINEER- GERMAN

JOB DESCRIPTION: You will work in a 2nd level support role dealing with complex support issues such as Network Access control, IT Security, Messaging, bug tracking, TCP/IP and some database work. You will work on the English speaking and German speaking markets so excellent communication skills essential. You will also work on Windows and Linux Administration.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
3-4 years IT support experience
Excellent level of English and German language skills
Ideally certified in MCSE or CCCNA
Database knowledge such as MySQL or SQL Server
Excellent knowledge of all versions of Windows
Skilled in firewalls and anti-virus applications

SALARY: €35-40k
